On a wild and wet Saturday night in Penryn, the travel worn and geographically confused (where are we tonight?), Velvet Hands came back home to Cornwall and ended their recent SOLD OUT UK tour with a celebratory gig at The Fish Factory. With support from Blue River and Stanley Duke and the Kindred Spirits as well, it’s safe to say this was a stonking night; featuring the cream of original Cornish talent right now!
The Velvet Hand’s new single This Feeling went down a storm and a bouncing good-time was had by all (by all accounts the post-gig party went on into the very small hours!). In true rock-n-roll style though they were up and in Truro next morning; bleary-eyed and a tad dishevelled, but ready to film a video for the single & do it all over again
